Hot Tub Installation

Delivered Is Not Installed

A hot tub arriving on a pallet is the easy part. The pad has to be level and rated for the filled weight, the circuit has to be right, and it all has to pass inspection. We handle site prep, electrical, plumbing and commissioning, then hand it over running and balanced.

Sound familiar?
Tub delivered but no safe pad to set it on
No idea what electrical circuit the model needs
Worry the deck or patio will not take the filled weight
Quotes that cover delivery but stop short of hookup
Nobody willing to take responsibility for permits or inspection
Why act now
Ordering a tub before the site is surveyed is how people end up storing it for a month
Electrical work booked late is the usual cause of a delayed handover
An unlevel base stresses the shell and can void the warranty
We fix this
Proven process, measured results

Base and Pad

Assessment of whether your slab or deck takes the filled weight, and a new pad poured if it does not.

Electrical

Dedicated circuit and GFCI disconnect installed to the model spec by a licensed electrician, then inspected.

Commissioning

Common Questions

Hot Tub Installation FAQ

Site prep, electrical and what installation covers

What does hot tub installation cost?

Installation starts at $500 and moves with the work involved. The variables are site access, whether a new pad is needed, and how far the electrical run is. We quote after a site check rather than over the phone, because those three things decide most of the price.

Do I need a concrete pad for a hot tub?

You need a level base rated for the filled weight, which is the tub plus water plus people and is a lot more than the empty shell suggests. A concrete pad is the usual answer. An existing patio or deck sometimes works, and a site survey tells you which before you commit.

What electrical does a hot tub need?

Most models need a dedicated circuit with a GFCI disconnect within sight of the tub, and the exact size depends on the model. It is licensed electrical work with an inspection, not something to improvise, and it is included in what we coordinate.

Can you install a hot tub I bought myself?

Yes. Plenty of our installs are tubs the customer bought direct. Send the model and we will tell you the pad and circuit it needs before it is delivered, which is the point at which that information is still useful.

Real Stories. Real Satisfaction

Shaun is seriously the best! He helped upgrade my pool pump and replaced all the filters, and I'm honestly blown away by how much better everything works now. The water's crystal clear, the system runs super smoothly, and it all just feels like a huge upgrade. Shaun was easy to work with, super knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell anything just honest, quality work. You can tell he really cares about what he does.
